Guo Liang

I am Venerable Guo Liang, a Buddhist monk at Buddha Dhamma Vihara, where I have dedicated the past six years to studying and practicing the Buddha’s teachings. My life is devoted to cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and wisdom, and sharing these principles with both novices and the local community.

Through meditation, teaching, and service, I strive to help others find inner peace and understanding. I believe that by nurturing the mind and heart, we can create a life filled with harmony, clarity, and kindness for ourselves and those around us.
