Introduction

My name is Ven. Tenzin Dorje, and I am a Tibetan Buddhist monk of the Gelug tradition. I began my monastic journey at a young age, and over the years I have dedicated myself to study, meditation, and the cultivation of compassion. I currently live and practice at Drepung Loseling Monastery in Karnataka, one of the principal centers of Tibetan Buddhist learning in India.
My intention is simple: to help others develop clarity, inner peace, and a stable mind grounded in kindness. I enjoy guiding meditation sessions, especially those based on the Lamrim teachings, and sharing practical ways to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
I believe that spiritual practice becomes meaningful when it touches daily experience, when it softens the heart, and when it helps us respond to life with patience and understanding. Through chanting, teaching, and community activities, I try to offer support to anyone seeking a more peaceful and compassionate way of living.
I am grateful for every opportunity to connect with practitioners and to walk together on the path of wisdom.
