I am Venerable Thích Minh Hạnh, a Buddhist monk dedicated to the practice and teaching of mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace. My life’s path is guided by the wish to help others find clarity and balance through the Dharma.

At the monastery, I guide both laypeople and young novices in meditation and moral training, encouraging them to cultivate kindness and understanding in their daily lives. I believe that true happiness arises from a calm mind and a compassionate heart, and through every teaching and act of service, I hope to share this message with all who seek peace and wisdom.
